We typically take 2–4 business days to craft your custom item before shipping.

On average, items take 1-2 business days to create. Personalized items take longer. Once created, shipping times are approximately:

• For US orders, it takes around 3-5 business days but almost 90% of our packages get delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date.
• For Canada, UK & EU: 5-10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-14 business days

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
